- IGI certified CVD stones
- Made with 100% pure carbon, no nitrogen
- No BMG ( "Brown, Green, or Milky" - refers to a diamond's background hue or shade)
- No bluish or greyish tones or lines
- Highest possible sparkle or lustre, which is a diamond quality not captured within the 4 Cs of diamond certification
Yes, we have various designs available for private viewing appointments. You can check the quality of our workmanship before ordering a pre-order design. Please contact us to discuss availability.
Definitely. We can work with you to custom make a unique design with specific materials, diamond shape/size. For intricate designs requiring mockups and multiple revisions, a small design fee will be collected upfront. The design fee is folded into final cost if order goes ahead, but not refundable otherwise.
50% upfront payment is required before final production.
The process typically takes 4-10 weeks from design confirmation to delivery.
We offer lifetime resizing, repairs and adjustments if you purchase one of our products.
If there is a defect, please send us an email with photos of the issue as soon as you detect it. If we determine that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item for you. If it is not caused by a manufacturing defect but by normal wear and tear, we will repair it with a fee.
