Full-time / Part-time Diamond Retail Consultants

Location: Central / Orchard area
Hours: 30-40 hours a week for full time and 5-10 hours a week for part time. As our customers prefer visiting us on weekends, a minimum of 5 hours on either Saturdays or Sundays will be required for the full-time role.
Base salary plus attractive commissions

Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and polished Diamond Retail Consultants to join our growing brand. As the face of our brand, you will provide a warm, educational, and luxurious experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate private viewing sessions with customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Educate clients on diamonds and showcase our fine jewelry collection (Full training will be provided)
• Build rapport with customers and manage custom orders from initiation to completion
• Handle quotations, invoicing and payment collections
• Provide exceptional after-sales service and follow-up
• During ad-hoc events, assist in daily operations, inventory checks, and visual merchandising
• Taking product videos for social media content / live streams monthly

Requirements:

• Prior retail or customer service experience, ideally in jewelry, fashion, or luxury
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to relate to customers
• Passion for sustainability and interest in fine jewelry
• Availability on weekends and key retail periods in Q4.
• Professionally dressed and punctual for client appointments, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• A strong command of the English language is essential.

Bonus: Jewelry or gemological training is a plus but not required.
