Gifts for the Nice List: A Complimentary Flower Matters Bouquet This Holiday Season

Some gifts arrive in a box. The loveliest ones arrive with flowers. 

This holiday season, we’ve partnered with Flower Matters, a local florist, to bring the two together. With every qualifying Carat Heritage order, a hand-tied bouquet of fresh blooms is delivered to your door with your jewellery.

The year-end is a season for celebrating special moments: an engagement, a promotion, a milestone anniversary, or the simple decision to give yourself something that will last. Whether you’re choosing for a partner, a mother, a friend or yourself, the bouquet is our way of making the moment feel complete.

You might choose from our diamond earrings, pendants and tennis bracelets, or a fun ring. Every piece is a fine jewellery masterpiece handcrafted by master jewellers and arrives packaged in a luxurious giftbox.

A bouquet with online or custom orders

For orders placed online at caratheritage.com, the bouquet is delivered together with your jewellery to a single address in Singapore, once your order is fully paid. 

For custom pieces, designed with us over a virtual or private appointment at our Centrepoint showroom, the bouquet is collected when you come to collect your finished piece. If you’d like it to arrive before Christmas, custom orders are open until 30 October. 

If you’re sending the gift to someone special, we can include a handwritten gift card on request.

Orders delivered to non-Singapore addresses will be accompanied by a special travel jewellery box instead of fresh blooms :)

Terms and conditions

• The promotion runs from 20 Oct 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.
• A complimentary Flower Matters bouquet is included with each qualifying order in Singapore. One bouquet per order. The bouquet pictured is an example. Our florist selects the freshest roses and seasonal flowers for each delivery, so the arrangement may vary slightly.
• Orders delivered to non-Singapore addresses will be accompanied by a special travel jewellery box and free global shipping.
• The minimum value per order is $1,500, calculated after discounts and promotional codes. 
• For online orders, the order must be placed on CaratHeritage.com and fully paid. This promotion is not valid for customers who visited us in person during the promo period and then subsequently place an order online. If you would like to add on a bouquet to your order for an additional fee, do inform our consultants and we can make arrangements.
• For custom orders, the bouquet can only be collected when the customer collects their completed piece in person and full payment has been made. Custom orders must be placed by 30 October to be delivered before Christmas. If you place the order (with at least 50% payment) after 30 October 2026 but before 31 December 2026 and still want the complimentary bouquet, do inform our consultants and we can make arrangements.
• The promotion is not applicable for walk-in purchases, as the florist requires lead time to prepare the bouquet. For walk-in customers, we are happy to present you with our exclusive travel jewellery case instead.
• For online orders, the bouquet will be delivered together with the jewellery to one single address in Singapore within your preferred 3 hour time period between 10am-10pm. Someone must be home to receive the delivery. While we will do our best to ensure the bouquet arrives in the best condition, we seek your kind understanding if it shows some signs of travel when it arrives.
• A gift card can be added upon request and the message should be within 250 characters (~3 sentences), hand written by our consultant.
• Express same-day delivery may be possible, subject to availability. Do discuss with our consultants for special requests and arrangements.
• The bouquet has no cash value and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Bouquets cannot be exchanged, altered or refunded with Flower Matters. If there are any issues with the bouquet upon arrival, please contact Carat Heritage with a photo.
• Carat Heritage reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
