Payment methods

We accept a wide variety of payment methods including all major credit cards, PayNow, international bank wires and instalment payments via Atome.

Where possible, we encourage our local customers to use PayNow for maximum savings on your purchases.

Typically for custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to proceed with crafting your item and the remaining 50% will be payable at the point of collection. In stock items, and any applicable rush fees are payable up front.

Credit Card payments

For orders placed over chat and online, we will send you secure online payment links for payment.

Our payment provider is HitPay who is PCI DSS Certified and licensed as a Major Payment Institution (PS20200643) under Singapore's Payment Services Act for the provision of Cross-Border Money Transfer Services, Domestic Money Transfer Services and Merchant Acquisition Services.

Bank wire payments

Please contact us to request bank wire account information. Do note that bank wire payments may take between 3-5 working days. We are unable to hold your item for more than 5 days if payment has not been received.

Once a wire has been made, please send over proof of payment for verification.

Cash payments

Cash payments for orders above $2000 are subject to additional checks required by the Singapore government. A copy of your ID and additional information may be required. We do not accept notes above $100 sgd, and you may be required to break larger notes into smaller denominations. There are cash machines and cash deposit machines on the basement level of the Centrepoint mall that our showroom is located at.

Instalment payments via Atome

We partner with Atome to offer interest-free instalment payments for our customers:

• Some things in life shouldn't have to wait. With Atome, you can split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments, or more instalments with a small fee.
• Do note that Atome credit limits vary by customer profile and is not within our control. Typically Atome has informed us that the average credit limit for customers who link a credit card on Atome would be higher than debit cards.
• Here's how a typical purchase payment milestone will look like once you select Atome PayLater as a checkout option on our website. Atome pays us up front and you will pay Atome directly per month for the duration selected.
