Payment methods

We accept a wide variety of payment methods including all major credit cards, PayNow, international bank wires and instalment payments via Atome

Change of payment methods after purchase

Please note that once payment has been made with a selected payment option, there will be processing time and additional fees required to change payment options. Post-purchase requests to switch from PayNow/cash payments to credit card/bank wire solutions will incur a minimum $50 processing fee or 3% of purchase price. Changes will take up to 14 working days.

 

Bank wire payments

Please contact us to request bank wire account information. Do note that bank wire payments may take between 3-5 working days. We are unable to hold your item for more than 5 days if payment has not been received. Once a wire has been made, please send over proof of payment for verification.

 

Cash payments

Cash payments for orders above $2000 are subject to additional checks required by the Singapore government. A copy of your ID and additional information may be required. We do not accept notes above $100 sgd, and you may be required to break larger notes into smaller denominations. There are cash machines and cash deposit machines on the basement level of the Centrepoint mall that our showroom is located at.
