Our Story
Carat Heritage Singapore is 100% female-owned and operated. Our partners Ashley & Belle met as former colleagues working at Facebook (now Meta) with a shared passion for jewelry. Now both mothers, they decided to build a business that allows for greater work-life balance for women and mothers.
Partnering with esteemed jeweler families with three generations of expertise, we bring together time-honored craftsmanship and modern innovation to offer exceptional quality at accessible prices. Our master artisans, renowned for their work with natural diamonds and colored gemstones, have now expanded into the world of lab-grown diamonds with Carat Heritage.

At Carat Heritage, we believe that true brilliance isn’t just about meeting standards—it’s about exceeding them. While certificates like IGI or GIA provide valuable technical insights into a diamond’s quality, they can never fully capture the beauty, fire, and soul of each stone.
That’s why every diamond we use is more than just certified; it’s handpicked by our experts, who examine each stone with their own eyes.

Not all diamonds with the same grade are created equal. Two stones might share identical certificates, but subtle differences in brilliance, symmetry, or sparkle can set one apart. Our handpicking process ensures only diamonds that radiate exceptional beauty make it into our designs.

A certificate can tell you about the 4 Cs—Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat. But as experts with years of experience, we look for the “fifth C”: Character. This ensures that the diamonds we select have a personality and presence that certificates can’t quantify.

Our hand-selection process means we reject any stone that doesn’t meet our rigorous standards. There can be visible flaws that certificates can't evaluate and in addition, we only use diamonds graded VS1 clarity and F color & above. Every diamond we use is a reflection of our commitment to excellence.
