Our Story
Our partners Ashley & Belle met as former colleagues working at Facebook (now Meta) with a shared passion for jewelry. Now both mothers, they decided to build a business that allows for greater work-life balance for women and mothers.
Partnering with esteemed jeweler families with three generations of expertise, we bring together time-honored craftsmanship and modern innovation to offer exceptional quality at accessible prices.
Our master artisans handcraft every single piece of jewelry from start to finish. This ensures every piece is of the finest quality and made to last. We do not use mass produced components.
Trained gemologists handpick the best full cut lab diamonds with stunning qualities which are indistinguishable from a natural diamond - but without any unsustainable mining practises.
We are a predominantly online brand but we do offer viewing appointments at our Centrepoint office. This model reduces our overheads and keeps our prices low for our customers.
On most days, you will find us busy in our office discussing custom designs with our customers or shooting content for our brand.

Your diamond is handpicked by our experts for their fire, beauty and soul. Two stones might share identical grades, but subtle differences in brilliance, symmetry, or sparkle can set one apart.
Individually Crafted
Master artisans with over 20 years of experience with gemstones and diamonds work on your dream designs for an average of 25 hours over multiple weeks. 3D drawings are provided for custom design pieces.
IGI Certified
Each diamond 0.50ct & above comes with IGI (International Gemological Institute) certificates which authenticate the 4 Cs—Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat and authenticity card. You can also opt to send finished pieces for IGI certification.
Elegantly Packaged
Your masterpiece is packaged with luxurious gift packaging made of the finest materials, ready for gifting. They are then shipped via insured couriers or FedEx Priority right to your doorstep.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my earrings. I bought from many other brands like mejuri, holly gray, lullajewelry but the sparkle on these earrings are blinding!! Was hesitant at first as I didn’t know if I would be disappointed by the quality of the diamonds, or the setting. I had bought diamond studs from a well known global online jeweller and had been disappointed by the earrings I got. However, Ashley was very patient and obliging in sharing photos and videos of the earring.

Went several local jewellery shops to hunt for an ideal engagement ring and the designs are either not to my liking or the price is above my budget. Eventually, my fiancé and I are happy to found Carat Heritage who managed to customised a piece which we absolutely adore.

Our hand-selection process means we reject any stone that doesn’t meet our rigorous standards. There can be visible flaws that certificates can't evaluate and in addition, we only use diamonds graded VS1 clarity and F color & above. Every diamond used in your jewelry is a full cut brilliant diamond, down to the smallest melee stones.
