If there is an issue with your jewelry, please send us a text or an email with photos as soon as you detect it. If we determine that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item for you. If it is not caused by a manufacturing defect but by wear and tear, we will repair it with a fee.
Some examples of wear and tear: excessive force used when taking on and off a piece of jewelry, knocking jewelry on hard surfaces with excessive force causing prongs to be bent out of original alignment.
