Pre-order T&Cs

Pre-order items are sold as per the photos and description. They ship approximately 20-30 days after each order is received. The more precise timing of delivery is indicated on individual product descriptions. Occasionally, an item might be shipped earlier than expected if it's in stock.

A 50% deposit has to be made to commence production. Refunds cannot be made once production has commenced. Any refunds after an item is received will be processed according to our refund policy.
