Pre-order T&Cs

Pre-order items are sold as per the photos and description. They ship approximately 30-60 days after each order is received. The more precise timing of delivery is indicated on individual product descriptions.

Payment has to be made in full for us to commence production. Refunds cannot be made once production has commenced. Any refunds after item is received will be processed according to our refund policy.

Occasionally, an item might be shipped earlier than expected if it's in stock.
